Installed 2 months ago. But 2 screws dislodged at one end 2 months after installation. WhatsApp and repair service done within 2 days. However, as the screws came out, noted that 2 holes were drilled at the white strip. This means installation not well done at first. Overall, response was fast. Installation needs better training.

The team consisting of Joey, Andy, Ah Leong and Rasu were more than accommodating and professional too. Lots of complication came with a resale old HDB flat but the team took passion and precision in ensuring we were satisfied with the outcome. Biggest shoutout to Andy for ensuring 💯 customer satisfaction.
